Include your app version, board/layout/angle and the steps that caused the issue. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or private signing keys.

During the current beta, remote catalogues are available to verified accounts using the registered Omni app. Email/password users must verify their email. Apple Hide My Email is supported. If you cannot access a catalogue, check your connection, sign in again, or contact support.

Bluetooth controllers do not reliably identify their physical layout and size. Confirm the actual board setup before broadcasting. Field testing on each controller remains part of the beta.
